RETURN POLICY FOR CARE PRODUCTS`

According to the RA Law No. 353-N dated 06.04.2017, care products are not subject to return.

We are confident in the quality of our products. However, before purchasing any care products, please review the ingredients to avoid possible allergic reactions.

If your ordered care product was delivered damaged or broken through a third-party courier service, please contact us immediately at +374 77 007 044. We will review your request, but it is essential to keep the product packaging, the order confirmation email, and the receipt.

If the care product is delivered to you by a courier, please open the package in the presence of the courier, check the condition of the product, and only then accept the delivery.

Return Policy for Silk Scarves and Candles`

Silk scarves and natural candles purchased directly from the NUARD website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Please review the return terms and conditions.

The return process consists of the following 3 steps. You need to:

• Fill out Return or Exchange Request 
• Deliver the product to the address specified by us
• Receive a refund

The following documents are required to process the product return:

• Identity document
• A printed copy of the electronic notification for online payment
• Handwritten and signed return/exchange application mentioned above

Return conditions vary depending on the reasons for the return.

a) If you simply want to return the product.

If you wish to return the product simply by choice, the box must not be damaged. You cannot return the product if it has been used or damaged after delivery. If none of these conditions are violated, you can return the product within 7 days from the order date. Therefore, please open the package in the presence of the courier.

b) If the product does not match the description or is damaged

If you notice any discrepancy with the description, please call our customer service center at +374 77 007 044 and report the issue. If you wish, you may request our staff to exchange the product for another item of the same model.

If you still wish to return the product, you may do so within 14 days from the date of order registration.

After submitting the return request, the refund will be given to you in cash.

Attention: Shipping fees are non-refundable when returning a product.
