Wrap yourself in Van Gogh’s “Almond Blossom” on silk — a symbol of spring and new life.
NUARD's scarf features a reproduction of Van Gogh’s famous painting “Almond Blossom.”
This painting is also known as “Almond Blossom Branches.” Van Gogh created it in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. On January 31, 1890, Theo van Gogh, the artist’s brother, shared joyful news — the birth of his son, whom he named Vincent Willem in honor of his uncle. Moved by this event, Vincent van Gogh immediately began working on a new painting as a gift to his brother. He intended for the canvas to hang above the couple’s bed, symbolizing the beginning of new life — almond branches in bloom as a representation of spring and renewal.
